Here are our biggest takeaways for how the industry is shaping:

1. AI / ML is where the big bucks are

No shocker here. Lots of companies are adopting AI and willing to pay big dollars for engineers to do it for them. That could be you :)

2. Backend roles have the most remote opportunities

If you’re just looking for a remote job, backend skills will give you the greatest change of landing a job.

In fact, they’ll give you the greatest chance of landing any job, with 1 in 4 new postings being backend roles.

3. LLM and NLP are the top paying skills

Companies are shelling out big money for engineers who know there way around AI models. If you’re fluent in the world of AI, or willing to learn, now’s your moment to shine.
