🔍 Industry Pulse: Frontend

There were almost 6,000 new software jobs posted the last month. And we analyzed them all 🙂

We decided to dig into the frontend jobs, and here are our biggest takeaways:

1. React reigns supreme

React was the most common skill required for frontend jobs, followed by JavaScript and TypeScript

2. Lower salary than common backend skills

While the average salary is high compared to most professions ($148k), compared to some common backend skills like Golang and Python it’s about 10% less on average.

3. USA, Brazil, and Canada are the most common country requirements

While the majority if jobs were location independent, USA, Brazil, and Canada were where the majority of the requirements were.
